(1) Provide customers with after-sale product usage instructions, installation video as well as various technical support.

Return and exchange service:

(1) Reply to buyer's return request within 3 working days.

(2) In the 12-month period, due to functional problems of the product caused damage, can be contacted and replaced.

(3) If the return is caused by a serious discrepancy between the goods and the description, we shall bear the freight.
