    1. Where is the product power cord?

    The power cord of our product is placed in the water tank. You need to remove the cover and open the cover of the water tank to find it.

    2. Why does the base leak?

    When filling water into the tank, please be careful not to spill water into the air vent, otherwise it will cause water leakage or short circuit.

    3.Why the fog is so small or even not have？

    Please pay attention to the water level. If you add too much water, the fog will become smaller.

    4.Stop working after you used for a period of time.
